KOURTNEY Kardashian has shared a rare makeup-free video from her morning workout.
She smiled for the camera at the home gym inside her $10m mansion following some exciting news about her vitamin brand Lemme.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Monday, 43-year-old Kourtney shared a selfie video as she worked out on her treadmill.
As fans have previously seen, the reality star’s home gym boasts a range of cardio machines and weights.
Wearing a baggy sweater, Kourtney went makeup-free as she held the camera close to her face and pulled a series of funny expressions.
Adding text to the video, the entrepreneur wrote: “Proud mom of Lemme!
“If you read those last posts you know why!”
Kourtney recently told her 200m followers that Lemme, her new vitamin gummies brand, has made a series of eco-friendly commitments.
These pledges include planting thousands of tress, offsetting carbon emmissions, and using recyclable packaging.
Kourtney launched Lemme on September 27th, just over four months following her wedding to Travis Barker.
Although her new business is keeping her busy, the Keeping up with the Kardashians alum is still finding the time to stick to her workout regime.
According to Poosh, she often hits the treadmill with her personal trainer Joel Bouraïma, who always trains her sister Khloe Kardashian.
The mom-of-three starts her week with a full-body workout, also incorporating pilates and HIIT training into her routines.
Celebrating the launch of Poosh last month, Kourtney flaunted her fit figure on Instagram as she posed nude in a ball pit of oversized vitamins.
She showed off the brand’s playful character by wearing long hair extensions and colorful 70s-inspired makeup.
In the caption of the post, she wrote: "Meet Lemme – my new line of vitamins and supplements that I created to become a divine, feel-good part of your everyday life."
Kourtney’s supplements cost $30 for a bottle of 60 and are now available to purchase online.
