Is it true that Hertz Rental Car is adding a new location at Regency Hilltop Shopping Center?
City Council recently approved a conditional use permit for Hertz to operate a motor vehicle rental business out of a 2,400-square-foot storefront in the shopping center at 1940 Laskin Road.
No more than 10 vehicles can be kept on site, and the display area will be located in the far west portion of the shopping center, according to planning documents. No auto repair is to be allowed, and rental cars will be detailed and washed off-site at a nearby carwash.
City Council recently approved a conditional use permit for Enterprise Rent-A-Car to operate at 1112 Lynnhaven Parkway.
